A PANDEMIC-SIZED PIVOT

As COVID-19 swept the country, the restaurant industry underwent a seismic shift. We adapted social strategy to position Noodles as both an escape and a way to hold onto the familiar, and the results only served to affirm our decision to pivot.

Dancing Delivery

In response to the change in consumer behavior, we strengthened Noodles’ off-premise push, debuting the hero video of the campaign, ‘Dancing Delivery’, which generated more than a quarter million dollars in of sales.

The Bottom Line

Through it all, we aimed to provide a sense of normalcy, both in customers’ newsfeeds and in their kitchens. Noodles’ new social strategy may not have drastically changed the world, but our approach of providing small moments of humor, comfort, and delicious food proved to successfully deliver business results during a time where sales were especially difficult to come by.
